Position overview:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer with experience in manufacturing, to play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and optimizing processes as we expand globally. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence in a company dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare delivery through innovative remote patient monitoring solutions.


This hands-on leadership role involves responsibility for leading the fulfillment team, managing budgets, optimizing SKU management, and driving operational excellence across the organization. We're looking for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a difference in healthcare across the globe.


Responsibilities

Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Translate the company’s strategic goals into actionable plans across all operational functions.
  • Implement scalable processes and systems to support rapid growth.


Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment and accountability.


Financial Management

  • Partner with the financial controller to manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive financial and operational performance.
  • Aid in ERP migration


International Expansion

  • Develop and execute strategies for scaling operations into international markets.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational standards.
  • Establish partnerships with international logistics providers and suppliers.


Inventory Management & SKU Optimization

  • Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Implement best practices for SKU management to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align inventory with market demand.


Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and vendor relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity.
  • Drive cost savings and operational efficiency through strategic sourcing and process improvements.


Fulfillment Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the fulfillment team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Optimize fulfillment processes to improve order accuracy and delivery speed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus within the team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably in MedTech or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in managing international expansion and complex supply chains.
  • Strong expertise in inventory management, SKU optimization, and fulfillment operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
