We are working with an AmLaw firm to find an associate attorney to join their capital markets team. The successful candidate can sit in the firm's New Jersey or Philadelphia offices. Candidates must be barred in the jurisdiction in which they sit.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of transactional experience at a midsize or large firm
• Working knowledge of securities regulations and experience with public and private offerings
• Strong drafting skills
• Excellent academic credentials
