ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
. Maintains regular and predictable job attendance during normal scheduled work hours.
. Gets along with fellow employees, customers, tenants, vendors, etc.
. Adheres to all Company rules and regulations as set forth in the Employee Handbook & Operations Manual
. Maintains good personal credit rating history.
. Works directly with Controller and President
. Works with President on any employee complaints
. Responsible for keeping all employee files up to date.
. Responsible for keeping all employment related forms up to date.
. Ensure that all payroll bill backs and reimbursements are done.
. Ensure all taxes, insurance reimbursements are collected, reported, and paid.
. Liaison for employees.
. Work directly with the payroll processing company with normal procedures and better enhancement opportunities
. Send COBRA notifications, track receipts and payments.
. Place ads for employment as needed, coordinate temporary employment positions, review resumes.
. Check references for new hires, run credit reports, and criminal background checks.
. Keep up to date on State and Federal laws when educational opportunities are approved by the President.
. 401K plan administrator, deposits, adds, terms, changes, packages twice per year, key in payroll system
. Process PTO request.
. Do adds, changes, terms to all insurance, Health, Vision, Dental, Life, online and our schedules
. Do year end figures for budgets for all entities for payroll, insurance, bill backs
. Do. Year end insurance & payroll schedules for all entiies audit files.
