Regional Support Lead
Job Summary:
The Regional Support Lead provides critical support to the overall operations of multiple manufactured home communities within a designated region (primarily Florida). This role combines technical training, operational support, and community management responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development:
- Conduct comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, and systems, including RentManager and the transition to ManageAmerica.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to Regional Property Managers and their teams.
- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations.
- Community Management Support:
- Assist Regional Property Managers with day-to-day operations, including resolving escalated resident issues, conducting site visits, and addressing operational challenges.
- Temporarily assume the role of Community Manager for vacant positions, ensuring seamless operations during the recruitment process.
- Support new acquisitions by assisting with the transition and integration of new properties.
- Operational Excellence:
- Review and analyze property performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with the development and implementation of operational strategies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
- System Administration:
- Provide technical support and training on property management software (RentManager, ManageAmerica).
- Assist with system implementations and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, with a strong preference for experience in manufactured housing communities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 50%).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (RentManager, ManageAmerica).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
