A leading and growing transportation company located in Spring, TX is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. Starting compensation $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or PHR/SHRM Certification
• 7+ years of progressive human resources experience
• HR Management experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Support recruitment processes, including interviews and selection.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation.
• Facilitate performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate team events, meetings, and office-wide communication.
• Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Implement and maintain office procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• All other duties as assigned.
