We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Collection Analyst with a strong focus on B2C collections . This role involves reviewing and preparing invoices, managing collections outreach, and ensuring timely payments to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt exposure.

Billing & Collections Analyst

Location: St. Louis, MO 63110 (Hybrid - Tues/Thurs in-office)

Pay: $55-60K

Schedule: Day Shift (8 AM - 5 PM) | Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

? Accurately process invoices per contract terms

? Conduct proactive B2C collections outreach

? Resolve billing discrepancies & customer inquiries

? Maintain customer accounts & update records

? Collaborate across departments to improve processes

Requirements:

3+ years of billing experience (1+ in enterprise/global/ad-hoc contract billing)

Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)

Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or Workday (a plus)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred, not required
