Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment & Onboarding :

    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
    • Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations :

    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, addressing concerns and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and mediate solutions as needed.
  • Performance Management :

    • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
    • Assist with goal-setting, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Compliance & Policy Administration :

    • Ensure the company complies with federal, state, and local labor laws.
    • Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to reflect any changes in laws or regulations.
  • Training & Development :

    • Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives to enhance skill development and career growth.
    • Support employees in their professional development by identifying training needs and opportunities.
  • Benefits & Compensation :

    • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    • Support the HR team in managing compensation reviews and benchmarking.
  • HR Reporting & Documentation :

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Assist with HR reporting for senior management and compliance audits.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related field (HR Generalist or similar role preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
