Job Details:

*Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network*, has a need for an *Associate Dentist* with a well-established DSO.
* Seeking *a Full time *Associate with at least 2 years experience!
* 4 day work week!
* 6 month Daily guarantee with 32% of collections
* Full ancillary staff for support
* *70% FFS*
* 8-10 patients

*Duties*
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
* Provide a range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and pediatric dentistry.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient four-handed dentistry practices.
* Educate patients on oral health care, hygiene practices, and preventive measures.
* Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

*Skills*
* Proficient understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and dental terminology for effective communication.
* Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve younger patients.
* Strong patient assessment skills to evaluate oral health conditions accurately.
* Ability to perform medical documentation efficiently while adhering to industry standards.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff members.
* Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance workflow efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
