Pay Range: $21.89hr - $27.73hr
  • The State Plan requires the completion of regional community needs assessments using quantitative and qualitative research techniques; creation of regional plans; and integration of regional plans into a statewide plan.
  • This individual will manage junior analysts, typically PhD research assistants to clean, analyze and visualize data using the R programming language.
  • Collaborate with EOEA and ASAP staff to develop and update dashboards and other visuals.
  • Implement assessment rubrics to reliably determine how well Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) program staff are implementing programs; collaborate with ASAPs and EOEA staff to improve the assessment process.
  • Use SQL to extract data from agency databases.
  • Summarize and present complex data, observations, and recommendations visually, in writing, and through oral presentations.
