About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operations Executive to drive operational excellence in our flagship medical center. In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning and management of daily operations with a keen focus on continuous quality improvement, financial performance, and delivering outstanding experiences for patients, providers, and staff.
As a vital member of the executive team, you will collaborate closely with the President and other leaders to enhance performance across all operational units. We are looking for a results-oriented professional with at least 8 years in senior-level operations leadership, preferably in an integrated health system, and a demonstrated ability to execute strategy successfully.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field and will have a deep understanding of hospital operations. Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, team members, and community leaders are essential, along with a commitment to values such as collaboration, engagement, and patient-centric care.
Your leadership style should exemplify passion for excellence, authenticity, and mentorship. Experience in a high-stakes environment, project and construction management, and a dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion are crucial. This position demands a strategic partner capable of advancing the organization's mission and vision.
