About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Chief Operations Executive to become an integral part of our team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative business strategies, setting ambitious performance and growth objectives, and establishing policies that uphold our company culture and vision. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Leading and evaluating the performance of executive team members.
• Engaging in expansion activities including investments, acquisitions, and corporate partnerships.
• Managing relationships with partners and vendors to foster collaborative opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in senior management, particularly in the construction or real estate industries. A background featuring a BSc/BA in Business Administration or a related field is essential, with an MSc/MBA being highly regarded. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in senior management, paired with a solid understanding of essential business functions such as HR, finance, and marketing.

Key competencies we are looking for include:

• Expertise in strategic planning and business development.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Experience in fundraising and a strong grasp of IT/business infrastructure.
• Mastery of MS Office tools.

The successful candidate will have outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, and proven strengths in decision-making and problem-solving.
