About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join a newly acquired, private equity-backed portfolio company in the construction services sector. The market is characterized by fragmentation and significant growth potential, particularly in the areas of consolidation and expansion. The successful candidate will serve as the operating partner and CEO, taking on the critical role of establishing and leading the company's vision, direction, and overall leadership. This includes being fully accountable for business strategy, planning, and operational execution to ensure the delivery of both short-term and long-term business results. The role demands a hands-on approach, with the CEO expected to actively drive and execute the value-creation plan.The ideal CEO for the company will have a background that includes at least 2-3 years of strategy consulting experience from a top-tier firm and an MBA from a leading business school. While not mandatory, experience in retail, consumer services, and/or private equity is preferred. The candidate should be prepared to immerse themselves in the business, working closely with the team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. This is a pivotal role in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market, and the CEO will play a key part in the company's strategic acquisitions and overall expansion under the guidance of the private equity firm.
