About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR function and play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the business plan, with a focus on talent management, company culture, engagement, and all aspects of HR including training, development, and succession planning. This role requires a seasoned professional with a BA/BS in HR management or a related field, at least 10 years of HR experience, and a minimum of 5 years in HR leadership. The VP will serve as a strategic business partner, driving continuous improvement of HR programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Human Resources at the company include serving as a cultural leader, overseeing the total benefits program, and managing HR and talent risk issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple HR disciplines, be adept at influencing and building relationships, and possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
