Job Details

Duties:Review and reconcile balance sheet and income statementPrepare month-end closing entries related to pre-paid, accruals, intercompany transactions, interest and eliminationsRecord the company payroll journal entries and work closely with HR.Analyze sub-ledger activity to general ledger activity to identify and resolve discrepanciesPerform bank reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly)Allocate credit card fundings to invoicesCalculate sales team commissions and verify with sales leaders and HR monthlySupport the international accounting team to complete month-end closingReconcile and record tariffs as part of the landed cost process, weeklyReview and reconcile inventory transactions against accounts payable for discrepanciesAnnual 1042 filings for non-US vendors for royaltiesMaintain leases files: straight line, deferred rent schedules; reconciliation of rent/CAM

Requirements:Minimum 4 years of staff and senior staff accountant combinedB.A./B.S. in Accounting
