*Shift: 12x3 Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)/Days (7 AM - 7 PM)*

*Hourly pay range: $32 - $53*

*Summary:*

Coordinates the delivery of nursing care for critically ill, post-operative, ventilator, post-cardiac arrest, post-heart cath, hemodynamic stabilization and other critically ill patients in the units.

* Focus on patient and family needs.
* Develop and adjust nursing care plans for desired outcomes.
* You will create a safe place for patients, families, and staff. You will help with emotional and physical pain to aid healing.
* Embracing diversity in all its forms, you will incorporate the unique perspectives and requirements of patients into your care plans.
* Patients, families, staff, and community will be educated continuously.
* Evaluate and record learning progress.
* You'll work with team and community to implement care plan, delegate tasks as needed.
* You will solve problems efficiently, utilizing resources effectively and acknowledging their limitations.
* To elevate your practice, continually seek professional development opportunities and contribute to community service.

*Registered Nurse Requirements :*
* Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
* 2 YEARS OF ICU/PCU EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED
* License/Certification
* RN – Registered Nurse
* BLS (AHA)
* ACLS (AHA)
