Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Oakleaf Village.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Administer medications and treatments according to individual care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, management, and families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date written documentation.

About You:

You have great customer service skills, flexibility, compassion, and dependability. Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus.

• Valid Ohio Nursing License.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers, residents, family members, and business partners.
