Piper Companies is currently seeking an experienced Principal Investigator of Immunology to work for a leading biotherapeutics company. The Principal Investigator of Immunology will play a crucial role in the identification and characterization of novel Centyrin-based therapeutics.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will lead drug discovery efforts, contributing to immunology-focused drug development pipelines.

They will utilize cutting-edge immunology tools, including cell-based reporter systems, flow cytometry, imaging, and various antigen-specific assays, to identify and validate novel Centyrin-based therapeutics in primary human and/or mouse immune cells and cell lines.

Additionally, they will conduct laboratory testing using standard molecular biology techniques, such as Western blot analyses, ELISAs, quantitative PCR, and others.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have exceptional communication and presentation skills, a minimum of 4 years' experience in immunology, and proficiency in flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR, Western Blot, and other laboratory techniques.

A PhD in Immunology or a related field is required.
