We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to one Vice President and one Senior Director. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Oversee logistics, including time, location, catering, AV setup, and agenda coordination.
- Work effectively with a variety of personalities, including senior executives, team members, and external partners.
- Order and maintain snacks, office supplies, comp products, and gifts for the team.
- Process and track expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
- Arrange flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
- Manage correspondence via text, Slack, calls, and Outlook.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure seamless execution of administrative responsibilities.
- Occasionally support urgent requests outside of regular business hours.
