YOUR ROLEAs an Operations Manager at CBIG, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
YOUR IMPACT- You will ensure operational efficiency and optimize the use of resources like manpower, materials and time.
- You will manage staff development and employee training.
- You will lead meetings, take notes and follow up for accountability.
- You will work on strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and ensure Operations are in line with overall company objectives.
- You will create and implement performance assessments and training practices.
- You will work on compliance and risk management duties.
- You will facilitate the onboarding of new staff.
- You will enforce Workplace Policies and Employee Handbooks.
- You will update and maintain CRM systems.
- You will lead CBIG Team Events and a promote positive culture.
WHAT TO EXPECTWithin 90 Days
- Meet the teams in all locations.
- Liaison with GH IT, HR, and Finance.
- Review and update all Employee and Compliance Manuals.
- Become proficient in CRM and working with CRM Superuser.
- Meet with each department Manager to understand the business.
- Work with Senior Management to implement strategic objectives and take notes in all meetings and distribute to leadership.
THIS IS YOU- You have a post-secondary education in a related field (ie. Operations or Business Development)
- You have experience leading in an office environment and collaborating to promote a positive work environment for everyone.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently and taking initiative.

COMPENSATIONAt the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
