What You'll Do:
As the HRIS Manager, you will plan, analyze, and execute on the planning, implementation, and management of the Human Resource Information System to support the HR function and business operations. This role ensures the effective utilization, maintenance, reporting, and enhancements of the system and database to meet organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Manages the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) to ensure smooth and accurate processes.
- Collaborates with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure the HRIS system aligns with business needs and data integrity standards.
- Manages system updates, upgrades, etc. while ensuring minimal disruption to the HR operations.
- Creates and implements HRIS policies and procedures to support data management, security of data, and other regulatory compliance.
- Analyzes HRIS data and builds/generates reports to support HR and business needs, along with effective decision-making.
- Provides training on system functionality and best practices to support the HRIS users.
- Evaluates and recommends new HR technology and enhancements to improve efficiencies and effectiveness ongoing.
- Partners with leadership to implement new HRIS modules and other related systems that will enhance the business operations.
- Stays current on industry trend and best practices related to HR technology and systems for ease of ongoing implementations.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience managing the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems; highly prefer experience with ADP and Workforce Now
- Certifications: NA
- Functional Skills: In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms and functionalities; Solid skills in planning, analyzing, execution, and testing. Excellent with organizational and prioritizing skills/ Ability to interpret large amounts of data and problem-solve quickly. Advanced skills in researching, planning, and administering activities. Strong attention to detail and follow through; Strong ability to create and enhance processes in an effective way. Strong ability to research compliance areas and customize/edit suggested programs to meet compliance areas.
- Technology Skills: Advanced HRIS system skills; Strong skills with ADP using Workforce Now applications. .
- Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills; Ability to present information to others, train, and support a team on system information.
- Leadership/ Behaviors: Excellent work ethic, time management, and collaboration skills. Can break down complex matters to educate and inform others in an effective way. Creative/innovative/conceptual to understand business objectives and create system solutions. Professional, forward thinking, self-directed and high in integrity, who can work well within a broad set of guidelines and be discrete with confidential information.

Other Important Information: Pay/Salary: Salary is commensurate with proven expertise.

Core Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible Hours; will work approx. 8 hours within this timeframe)
Typical Work Week: M-F; 40 - 42 hours a week on average (3 days in office minimum)
