Overview:
The HRIS Manager is a technically experienced, deep subject matter expert on HR business processes, HR business systems, and HR data. They are experts at front-end business-side configuration of these systems and can create/modify workflows, reports and other configurable functionality. The HRIS Manager independently problem solves and remains curious about assigned HR systems including troubleshooting issues, creating efficiencies, enhancing end-user experience, improving processes, implementing best practices and supporting system enhancements/updates. The HRIS Manager prepares and submits a variety of standard and ad hoc reports including, but not limited to, the state S-275 Personnel Report, District Affirmative Action Report and annual updates, Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) and Educator Equity Reporting.
