Aphilanthropic endeavor that truly embodies our corporate mission.Summary: Under the supervision of the Quality Director, the Quality Engineer will assist and coordinate Quality Department activities to support our Quality Management system, Customer Satisfaction, cost reduction and continuous improvement efforts.
Salary range:$70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.
Primary Responsibilities: - Participate in audit and measure of suppliers and subcontractors' performance as required.
- Assist in coordination and execution of Quality Management system and internal auditsas required.
- Act as Quality representation for product innovation processes as directed by Quality Department Manager.
- Coordinate the calibration and preventive maintenance processes of the measurement devices in all Nice sites.
- Conduct failure analysis on returned products.
- Help with Non-Quality Cost/Returns reporting
- Support Nice WH and VAS center regarding work instructions and process definition.
- Help monitor overdue training, help to release/update Quality documents in Document Control System
- Assist with First Article Inspection
- Support Coordination and follow up of CAPA/SCAR process
- Manage Non-conformance Material disposition
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of working experience as Quality Engineer in manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and skills in other Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, PPT, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Strong analytical skills to identify the source of problems and to propose solutions.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015
- Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt knowledge
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated time management skills.

- Positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to succeed.
