This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations, providing top-notch customer service, and supporting our dispatch and scheduling functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding pickups and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Handle a high volume of emails and phone calls with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain organization and efficiency under pressure, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly.
- Utilize Excel for scheduling and tracking purposes.
