Call Center Representative

On- Site: Valencia, CA

Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and a strong communicator who can navigate various customer scenarios with professionalism and positivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and assist customers with inquiries, orders, technical issues, and billing questions.
  • Outbound calls- following up on warm leads
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Provide accurate product and service information, following company scripts and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Strive to meet or exceed daily performance targets, including call handling time, response accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed of product updates and industry best practices to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and support customers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Familiarity with call center technology and customer service software.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
