Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and a strong communicator who can navigate various customer scenarios with professionalism and positivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and assist customers with inquiries, orders, technical issues, and billing questions.
- Outbound calls- following up on warm leads
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Provide accurate product and service information, following company scripts and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Strive to meet or exceed daily performance targets, including call handling time, response accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed of product updates and industry best practices to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is an asset.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and support customers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Familiarity with call center technology and customer service software.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
