A company located in Santa Clarita, CA is looking to hire a customer service representative, who is also responsible to conduct inside sales.
What you need:

• Sense of problem solving
  
• To deliver the right answer when decisions need to be made
  
• Have experience working in an Industry related position
  
• Inside sales, call center or high-volume calls background
  

You will be doing:

• Providing excellent customer service
  
• Answering troubleshooting calls
  
• Provide support to customers and resolve inquiries via email, phone and fax
  
• Selling, up selling and describing products
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales/call center experience
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills
  
• Excellent attention to details
  
• MS Office Suite knowledge
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills
