A company located in Santa Clarita, CA is looking to hire a customer service representative, who is also responsible to conduct inside sales.
What you need:
- Sense of problem solving
- To deliver the right answer when decisions need to be made
- Have experience working in an Industry related position
- Inside sales, call center or high-volume calls background
You will be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Answering troubleshooting calls
- Provide support to customers and resolve inquiries via email, phone and fax
- Selling, up selling and describing products
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales/call center experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- MS Office Suite knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
