HR Coordinator job in La Jolla, CA LHH has partnered with a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality group located in beautiful La Jolla, seeking an HR Coordinator to assist their team. We are looking for dedicated individuals to help maintain their high standards of administrative efficiency and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have previous HR and administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Support the Human Resources department and their employees
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Provide excellent customer service to diverse population of employees
- Handle verification of employment requests
- Answer phones and manage general inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
Qualifications: - Previous HR or administrative experience
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work in a busy environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer service and administrative tasks
Additional Details: - Location: La Jolla, CA
- Pay: $24-$25/hour based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Duration: Contract for 2-3 months, with potential for extension based on job performance and business need
