Customer Service Representative
Please note that this is a HYBRID job opportunity. You will be required to work in the office in Brighton 4 days per week. The other day you may work from home using company-provided equipment.
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Customer Service Representative job in Thornton, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar office-based customer service role. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $20.00 and $27.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this companys competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Providing excellent customer service over phone and e-mail
-Providing technical support for customers
-Recommending products for customers specific projects
-Assisting with product selection
-Placing and tracking customer orders
-Documenting customer interactions and orders in the database
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Previous experience with Salesforce preferred
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $20.00 and $ 27.00
