Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site near Northvale, NJ. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Requirements: - Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
