Customer Service and Order Entry
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Scottsdale. This company is in search of a customer service and order entry rep to join their team! This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.
The Customer Service & Order Entry Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
  • Process customer orders quickly and accurately through the company's order management system
  • Input and update customer and order data with a high level of accuracy
  • Verify product availability and delivery timelines, providing customers with status updates
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns regarding orders, returns, and product information
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as inventory and shipping, to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Process returns and exchanges, adhering to company policies
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and related documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive company image
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or training in customer service or business administration is a plus
  • MUST have strong data entry skills with a high level of speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or data entry is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with CRM or order management software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
