Bilingual Care Coordinator In this role, you'll coordinate access to care, work closely with mental health providers, and ensure patients receive the support they need for their unique mental health needs.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely access to mental health services and compassionate support.
- Coordinate appointments, verify insurance, and maintain patient records.
- Assist with patient intake, case management, and transportation as needed.
- Act as a primary point of contact and translator (Spanish-speaking).
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/mental health fields; knowledge of insurance and benefits.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Excellent multitasking, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls/emails and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- This is a hybrid role
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
