Job Duties: - Team Leadership: Oversee a team of skilled technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

- Technical Expertise: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and cost-saving measures.
Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, delegate, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
