LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a fast-growing company in Southlake, TX! They are seeking an Payroll Administrator to assist with weekly payroll processing, reconciliations, and garnishments. This is a contract to hire opportunity that offers hybrid flexibility after training. Apply now if your background fits the below criteria!

Primary Functions:

  • Responsible for weekly payroll processing, auditing, reconciliation, record keeping, and report writing
  • Loading all payroll files, review and audit results for accuracy and compliance with regulations as well as client program specifications,
  • Responsible for accurate and timely preparation, filing, and payment of all local, state, and federal payroll taxes
  • Accurately process garnishment, tax levies, and child support orders
  • Responsible for maintenance and audit of direct deposit and pay card information
  • Prepare and process independent contractor payments
  • Document and maintain payroll procedures
  • Prepare management and ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment standards
  • Demonstrate sense of urgency and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow-up/close out all tasks/questions timely
  • Display good judgement and strong problem solving ability
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
  • Ability to switch gears/tasks and be flexible
