Certification Details BLS ACLS State licensure for North Dakota Job Requirements 13-week contract Moderate sedation experience Teamwork, and willingness to help out when needed Schedule Information 2x10hr shifts & 2x8hr shifts OR all 8s; 0700-1530 and 0600-1630 Team scheduling, posted 17 days prior for 6 weeks at a time Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 days per week Weekend/Call Requirements: Every third weekend on call Holiday/Call Requirements: Every other Unit Specific Information of suites/labs: 2 labs cases per day on average: 5-10 Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Inpatient, outpatient, and emergent Experience with Stroke Thrombectomy, Embolizations, Lines, Tubes, Visceral, Para, Thora, Biopsies-drain insertions-chest tubes, CT and US areas Job Duties: RN in charge of the conscious sedation and have autonomy in managing this closely, charting, circulating, pre and post for IR EMR/Equipment: EPIC and Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm Interventionalist hours/on call: Intensivist MD In house 24/7 MD, IR always available, on call after hours Floating Requirements: Radiology pre/post Scrubs Color/Dress Code: Provided Orientation: One week- classroom and lab Additional Details Radiation Badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start Radius Rule: 50 miles Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions
