HR Coordinator (100% onsite)nnJob DescriptionnnThe HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for a wide range of HR functions. This includes overseeing payroll, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, training, and special projects. The role will also provide essential administrative support to the HR department, leadership team, and staff, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to continuous improvements in HR processes.nnResponsibilitiesnnCoordinate and assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, conducting phone screens, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.nnEnsure that HireRight checks and I-9 verifications are completed for all new hires, addressing any concerns and working through any issues.nnSupport the implementation of new hire orientation and assist with tracking employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements.nnMaintain accurate records of employment documentation, contracts, and other HR-related materials.nnAssist with processing payroll and managing employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.nnRespond to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, assisting with various HR processes, benefits, and policies.nnParticipate in HR projects such as policy updates, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.nnAssist with performance reviews, talent management programs, and support employee disciplinary processes when necessary.nnHelp organize employee recognition programs and support the planning of company events and team-building activities.nnEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, staying informed on changes and updating policies as necessary.nnSupport the development of HR reports and track key performance indicators, providing insights to leadership to inform decision-making.nnAssist in updating and maintaining the employee handbook, ensuring that company policies are aligned with legal requirements.nnProvide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel logistics.nnOrganize internal and external meetings, including meals, luncheons, and interview schedules, as well as managing logistics for company-wide events and conferences.nnOrder office supplies, manage office equipment, and communicate with building management to address facilities issues.nnHandle filing, faxing, mail management (including FedEx shipments), and maintain a professional reception area, including managing employee access badges and parking validation.nnProvide additional HR and administrative support as required, working cross-functionally with other departments to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness.nnEssential SkillsnnUnderstanding of basic HR functionsnn2-5 years of experience in HR fieldnnBachelor's Degree requirednn2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnExperience with Dayforce and SuccessFactorsnnHireRight experiencennOnboarding experiencennPayroll systems experiencennLove learning, changing, and growingnnGo-getter attitudennAmbitiousnnSelfless mindsetnnWillingness to take on more than what's assignednnLeadership skillsnnChange managementnnCritical thinking - understanding the why behind itnnStrategic mindset and problem solvingnnAbout Aston Carter:nnAston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
