Based in the Nisku/Leduc office, the Payroll Administrator will be processing full cycle payroll for a medium sized payroll. Responsibilities:
- In house Full cycle payroll, end to end, bi-weekly for hourly, salary and casual employees
- Payroll remittances
- Benefits and Pension administration
- Timesheet reconciliation
- Monthly reconciliation of all payroll-related accounts and remittances, year end
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll
- Experience with a large payroll - 300+ employee headcount
- PCP designation is a must-have
- Strong HRIS/Payroll system experience such as UKG, WorkDay, SAP Successfactors
- Ability to commute to Nisku - no transit available
