Qualifications - Experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
- Ability to teach and develop high performing teams
- Maintain standards and cost controls
- 3 years min
- Experience as CDC or EC
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management
- Proficiency in P&L knowledge and management
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
