Job Overview: The Chief Human Resources Officer will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving talent management, organizational culture, and human capital strategies for a dynamic and growing restaurant group. This role is critical in shaping the employee experience, developing talent, and supporting the organization's strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and long-term business goals
- Lead all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, development, retention, compensation, and employee relations
- Design and execute talent management programs across multiple restaurant concepts and locations
- Create and maintain a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent in the competitive hospitality industry
- Oversee recruitment strategies, including innovative sourcing methods, employer branding, and hiring processes
- Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs
- Design competitive compensation and benefits strategies
- Manage workforce planning and organizational design
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Develop and maintain employee engagement and retention programs
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational change and cultural transformation
- Create and monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making

Qualizations:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or similar advanced HR certification preferred
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive HR leadership experience in the hospitality or multi-unit service industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives
