Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator, under the direction of the Leader of Sales Administration, will primarily be responsible to act as a first point of contact and provide general information to staff, clients, and the public relating to their questions, concerns, or suggestions. This position will answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages regarding the shipping and receiving of Lorenz products. The Logistics Coordinator must possess ability to adapt to new technology and ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

Job Duties
- Shipping orders Globally
- Preparing including all necessary documentation, i.e. CUSMA and international documentation
- Act as a first point of contact and provide general logistics information to staff, clients, and the public relating to their questions, concerns, regarding shipping/receiving of Lorenz products
- Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Assist in the compilation of data for various reports including invoicing clients plus reviewing incoming freight invoices for accuracy
- Coordinate the logistical aspects of departmental programs such as liaison with courier & transport companies plus the Lorenz Warehouse, Production, and Sales teams.
- Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers, visitors, and other external stakeholders
