Senior/Principal Account Manager - Engineering


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the engineering industry.
  • Lead an effective Business development strategy to new clients. Business development will include objective based calling, meeting with clients, pitching on new projects, networking lunches and events or key candidate direct marketing strategies.
  • Growing and fostering high-touch relationships with an expansive existing database of qualified active and passive talent.
  • Staying active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • Communicate team vision and goals.
  • Working as part of a passionate team to maximise Mirillion’s commercial performance.
  • Providing support, guidance and expertise to existing and new team members.
  • Understand clients' technical hiring needs and provide high-quality candidate matches.
  • Source, interview, and evaluate potential candidates.
  • Negotiate and close offers with candidates and clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not essential
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically in the engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of successful placement of technical candidates.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
