nWe have been engaged by one of our top clients, who is a UK based manufacturing organization.  Their US corporate office has recently been through an acquisition, and are moving the acquired companies positions locally to the Connecticut office. They have excellent work/life balance and opportunity for advancement.  They are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

nResponsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will process and enter purchase ordersn
• Research and look into purchase orders to make sure that pricing and terms matchn
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will be able to switch from entity to entity and ensure accuracy n
• Make check deposits n
• Record daily bank activity in Excel and within the General Ledger. n

Job Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will have experience with the full AP cycle and some AR n
• Technically savvy n
• Able to handle multiple entities and okay with switching between themn
• Someone who wants to grow and learn with the companyn
