Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
nn
n - Receive payment denials and to investigate the reason and rectify the situation with the payer
n - Manage inventory claims process
n - Process invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other general ledger adjustments as needed
n - Write, update, and maintain desktop procedures for assigned tasks
n - Generate and distribute AR Statements during month-end close, document responses, and provide AR aging analysis
n - Keep current on payer requirements via research and coaching to ensure guidelines and procedures are being met for each payer
n - Complete all end of month reports as requested, directed or assigned
n - Complete all internal system service ticket requests as assigned
n - Work miscellaneous projects and tasks on an as needed basis
n - Maintain a positive work atmosphere that embodies Liberator’s philosophy- Professional excellence, teamwork and integrity.
n - Maintain accounts for multiple regions ensuring quality of work is above average.
n - Production rates are at the discretion of management and are subject to change with our without prior notification. Maintains a better than average attendance score.

Minimum Requirements or Qualifications:
nn
n - High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
n - 1-3 years prior experience as an AR or AP Specialist , exceeding performance levels and expectations for that role. Intercompany experience preferred.

n - Ability to read, analyze, financial and inventory documents, technical procedures, and/or training tools.
