General Functions:

  • This temporary position works within the Payroll team to help support day to day activities such as password resets, payroll auditing, and data entry.
  • n
  • The role assist with providing support to internal customers concerning payroll and time and attendance practices.
  • n

Main Responsibilities:

nn
    n
  • Assists with payroll and time administration for North America
  • n
  • Responsible for ensuring high quality service delivery for all client associates consistent with the values of client and the expectations of the NA HR Service delivery model.
  • n
  • Within the assigned area of responsibility (Payroll Administration) and under the direction of the Payroll Team Lead:

Specific responsibilities include:

    n
  • Help ensure data/time uploads are conducted in a timely and accurate manner
  • n
  • Audit weekly pay reports and variances
  • n
  • Respond to associate Tier 2 inquiries in HROne
  • n
  • Process historical pay corrections in eTime
  • n
  • Assist in resolving eTime and iPay access issues
  • n
  • Assist as needed with project related duties
  • n
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years basic office experience; strongly prefer experience in SAP

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • n
  • Ability to perform work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • n
  • Strong mathematical skills with ability to research, analyze, and correct time and payroll data
  • n
  • Ability to communicate in a precise and clear manner
  • n
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working
  • n
  • relationships with all levels of internal/external contacts
  • n
  • Knowledge of payroll policy and practice across US, Puerto Rico and Canada is a plus
  • n

Industry experience:

  • Desired - Experience working in mid/large complex environment, more than 1,000 associates

Knowledge and Skills:

Required:

  • Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel and Word. Experience with SAP strongly desired.
