About the Role:

As an Operations Manager at Toothio, you will directly manage marketplace operations, ensuring smooth shift allocations and successful onboarding of dental professionals. Your responsibilities will involve hands-on shift management, efficient onboarding processes, prompt user support, and addressing market-specific challenges. You will also work closely with the central operations team, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.



Responsibilities

  • Shift Management: Oversee and streamline shift management processes to ensure successful shift completions and optimal user satisfaction.
  • Professional Onboarding: Host virtual orientations to bring dental professionals onto our platform seamlessly.
  • User Support: Be the front line of support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance via text, email, and phone to both dental professionals and practices.
  • Market Oversight: Spearhead operations in designated markets, working in tandem with our central operations team.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and elevating user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Technical Prowess: SQL and Zapier knowledge required

Other Important Details

Employment Type : Full-time, working hours of 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Location : Greater PHX metro area


By taking this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Operations and support the day-to-day operations. The team will provide you with information on how our platform works, how to be successful in your role, ongoing training, and ways to grow your career.
