Position Overview
The Senior Integration Specialist will play a key role in the integration and coordination of offshore execution activities for the WWR Project as it moves into the offshore phase. The position will report directly to the Director, Offshore HUC, and will collaborate closely with project scope managers across multiple teams. This is a strategic role that involves working within the Integration/SIMOPS group and Offshore HUC group, while also interfacing with key stakeholders in CGS, Topsides, Subsea, and Marine groups.
The Senior Integration Specialist will provide leadership and expertise in project execution, integration, and the coordination of interfaces between internal teams, external contractors, and operational departments. The goal is to ensure a seamless transition of the asset into operations in the WR field, maintaining alignment with project goals, schedules, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Offshore Integration Leadership : Provide guidance on offshore integration activities, including planning, execution, SIMOPS, HSEQ, and risk management, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Interface Management : Steward the WWR Interface Management Procedure, facilitating and coordinating project interfaces across contractors and internal teams. Ensure that all project interfaces are aligned with the Project Master Schedule and integrated as needed.
- Coordination of Information Handover : Support the development and implementation of information handover plans and facilitate the coordination of information transfer activities between project contractors and operational teams.
- Interface Coordination : Identify and coordinate with various interface owners across the Owner’s Team and contractors. Take leadership of the integration group, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the wider project community.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Develop and manage internal interface points between project teams and existing operations departments, ensuring smooth communication and operational alignment.
- Commissioning and Handover Support : Assist in the development of commissioning and handover plans, ensuring successful transfer of project deliverables to operations.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain up-to-date project interface procedures and work instructions. Prepare interface and integration status reports as required for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (P.Eng. preferred).
- Experience : Minimum 20 years of experience in offshore execution of large-scale oil and gas projects, with a strong focus on integration and interface management.
- Knowledge of the WWR Project : Familiarity with the wider WWR project community, including all contractors involved in fabrication and delivery, is highly desirable.
- Offshore Regulations : Knowledge of offshore regulations, specifically pertaining to the Atlantic Region (NL).
- Interface/Integration Management : Proven experience in interface coordination and integration management for large, complex offshore projects.
- Contractual Knowledge : Familiarity with contract language related to major WWRP fabrication/construction scopes, including Topsides, CGS, Marine, and Subsea.
- Project Lifecycle Knowledge : Understanding of project phase transitions, from engineering and construction to commissioning and startup.
- Leadership & Communication : Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
