Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Manager to join our team. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with other businesses, organisations, and individuals to help drive our company's growth and achieve our strategic objectives.


PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB


  • Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute partnership agreements and negotiate terms with partners
  • Manage ongoing partnerships and ensure that both parties are fulfilling their obligations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales and marketing teams to ensure that partnership agreements are executed effectively
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to support partnerships and drive engagement with partners and customers
  • Analyse and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimisation
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform partnership strategies and tactics.
  • Support to engage their employees with new Company learning opportunities and organise the delivery of the learning.
  • Identify gaps in learning and support with the creative of new subject matter.
  • Develop relationships with a range of stakeholders and manage relationships with a diverse range of internal and external parties.
  • Lead and manage key relationships with Corporate Affiliate Partners as well as building and sourcing new partnership and revenue opportunities for the company.
  • Proactively manage, monitor, and report on corporate partnership income generation or new customers acquisition, including partner pipeline, new partnership established and the status of existing partnerships to ensure targets are delivered.
  • Work to ensure retention of exiting partners, and increase growth within the employability sector to develop and secure future projects.
  • Support the Company on the delivery of projects to increase membership or with the development of strategic partners.
  • Be accountable for ensuring the safe delivery of a project to time, cost and quality with responsibility for leading the project to a successful conclusion.


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience in partnership management or business development
  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful partnerships
  • Experienced in strategy development and profile-raising as well as experienced in securing opportunities which provide growth opportunities for the company.
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of the employability sector in Canada
  • Experience working with managers to obtain feedback, to develop ideas and secure future projects
  • Evidence of CPD including management development
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrable expertise in planning, prioritising, and managing workload
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety and data protection regulations
  • Good ICT skills with experience of using a variety of online platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to think and prepare for many eventualities
  • Ability to work under pressure and to manage several ongoing projects.
