Overview:

No more chasing down clients or money - this is a direct hire / full time position with an amazing national brand that we place people at on a regular basis! We are seeking an experienced Architectural Real Estate Photographer to create high-quality, creative media for Our Client's extensive real estate client base. Using advanced tools such as DSLR cameras, drones, gimbals, and other state-of-the-art equipment, this individual will produce visually stunning photos and videos that help market residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural photography and videography, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for capturing compelling visuals.

Salary range: $90,000 - $95,000. Also has annual bonus potential.

Real Estate Photographer Responsibilities:

• Architectural Photography & Videography: Produce high-quality interior and exterior media for multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties, as well as local residential neighborhoods, parks, and schools.
• Creative Media Production: Utilize a variety of equipment, including DSLR cameras, tilt-shift lenses, drones, gimbals, etc. to create visually engaging content.
• Travel & Scheduling: Travel up to a week per month (as needed) and schedule shoots based on optimal times of day, season, and location to enhance the quality of your work.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit photos and videos in a timely manner to deliver completed projects that meet Our Client's high standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate professionally and effectively with clients during all stages of the media shoot, including scheduling, setup, and on-site interactions.
• Ongoing Professional Development: Continuously improve your photography and videography skills by staying updated on new techniques, equipment, and technology in the field.

Real Estate Photographer Requirements / Must Have's:

• 4+ years of experience as a professional Real Estate Photographer, Architectural Photographer, or similar role.
• Current real estate photography portfolio showcasing architectural, real estate, and exterior lifestyle media, including interior and exterior photographs, videos, and drone media.
• Strong knowledge of manual camera settings, lighting techniques, and composition.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with MAC OS and MS Office.
• FAA Part 107 Drone Certification.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Availability for occasional night and weekend projects as needed.
