Multifamily Property Manager - 400+ Units, Cleveland. Ohio

Our client is an established, growing, profitable, Cleveland, Ohio-based, multifamily real estate firm. They are seeking an experienced, multifamily property manager for one of their east-side suburban properties. This an opportunity to join a professionally managed, inclusive, employer in a growth phase. We seek candidates with 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management, preferably managing 400+ unit properties.

Responsible for managing and leading a staff of 10 leasing and maintenance employees. Interface with cross-departmental team members.
