A well known family office investment firm based in NYC is looking for an EA/PA to support their CEO. This role is to support the CEO with 1x1 coverage including classic administrative responsibilities as well as special projects associated with their business. This firm has a great culture and solid reputation!


Responsibilities

  • Calendar management
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Managing priorities for executive
  • Acting as a gatekeeper
  • As hoc project based work
  • Coordinating bills/expenses


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Pro-active and diligent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
