Job Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Design Engineering.
• Experience : Over 5 years leading engineering teams, with familiarity in Product Life Cycle Management.
• Knowledge of engineering principles related to structural analysis, failure modes, design principles, metallurgy, and manufacturing to guide design and analysis tasks.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in engineering principles, SolidWorks 3D CAD, and knowledge of DFA/DFM.
