? Role Overview

The Process and Equipment Engineer will play a key role in advancing next-generation manufacturing technologies. This position focuses on optimizing processes, developing and improving equipment, and supporting operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and driven by innovation.

? Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Enhance pilot line efficiency and output quality.
• Equipment Development: Design, upgrade, and maintain production equipment, including coating systems and analytical rigs.
• Pilot Operations: Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and ensure experimental accuracy.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to equipment, processes, and facilities.
• Scale-Up Support: Collaborate on transitioning processes from pilot to full production.

? Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Chemical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial environments, with a focus on equipment and materials processing.
• Experience with powder processing, web handling, or coating systems (preferred).
